Common Troubleshooting Issues

Can't Log In?

Issue: I forgot my password or can't log in to my account

Solution:

  1. Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password
  5. Try logging in with your new password

App Crashes or Freezes

Issue: The app keeps crashing or freezing

Solution:

  1. Force close the app completely
  2. Restart your device
  3. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
  4. Check that you have enough storage space on your device
  5. Try using the web version at fitlove.ai
  6. If the issue persists, contact support with details about when the crash occurs

Partner Connection Issues

Issue: I can't connect with my partner or see their data

Solution:

  1. Make sure both you and your partner have accounts created
  2. Ensure both of you have completed your profiles
  3. Verify your partner accepted the connection invite
  4. Check that you're connected (not pending or declined)
  5. Refresh the app to sync partnership data
  6. If still not working, contact support with both account emails

FIT Check Not Saving

Issue: My FIT Check answers are not being saved

Solution:

  1. Check your internet connection (use WiFi if possible)
  2. Ensure the app is up to date
  3. Try taking the FIT Check again from the beginning
  4. Complete the FIT Check in one session without closing the app
  5. If FIT Check still won't save, wait 5 minutes and try again
  6. Contact support if the issue continues
