  • Assessment Data: When you complete the F.I.T. Assessment, we collect your responses about your relationship, including Fire, Intimacy, and Trust scores, as well as any written context or concerns you share.
  • Profile Information: Your relationship details including:
    • Love Language preferences (assessment results)
    • Myers-Briggs personality type
    • Relationship duration, living situation, and relationship status
    • Financial approach and conflict resolution style
    • Family planning, children, and household composition
    • Personal values, goals, and relationship intentions
    • Communication style and wellness preferences
  • Partner Connection Data: If you connect with a partner, you share specific relationship data (goals, living situation, financial approach, conflict style, children, etc.) that syncs in real-time with their account.
  • Contact Information: If you contact us with questions or feedback, we collect the information you provide.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, device identifiers, and app version.
  • Usage Data: How you interact with our app (features accessed, assessments completed, profile updates, badges earned, time spent in app).
  • Analytics: Performance and engagement data collected through Firebase Analytics.
  • Location Data: Approximate location inferred from IP address (we do not collect precise GPS data).
  • Push Notification Preferences: Whether you've enabled/disabled notifications and notification history.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

4.1 Claude AI Integration

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to provide personalized relationship coaching recommendations. Important privacy note: We do NOT send your personally identifiable information (name, email, password) to Claude AI.

We only send to Claude AI:

  • Your F.I.T. Assessment responses (Fire, Intimacy, Trust scores and written context)
  • Your Love Language preferences
  • Your Myers-Briggs personality type
  • De-identified relationship profile information (living situation, relationship duration, goals, conflict style, etc.)
  • De-identified coaching questions and relationship context
  • If applicable: De-identified assessment data from your connected partner (to provide perspective-aware advice)

Claude AI uses this information solely to generate relationship coaching advice and is bound by Anthropic's privacy policies. For more information, visit Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

4.2 Firebase Services

We use Google Firebase for:

  • Firestore Database: Storing your account data, assessments, profile information, and relationship data
  • Cloud Functions: Processing data, generating notifications, and backend operations
  • Cloud Messaging: Sending push notifications to your device
  • Authentication: Securely managing your login credentials

4.3 Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our app so we can improve functionality and user experience. Analytics data is de-identified and aggregated.

4.4 Amazon Affiliate Products

We include Amazon affiliate product recommendations within our app. When you click through our links, Amazon may collect information about your browsing and purchase activity. This is governed by Amazon's privacy policy, not ours. We earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

5. Partner Connection and Data Sharing

When you connect with a partner in the app:

  • You and your partner can see each other's shared relationship profile data (living situation, goals, conflict style, children, etc.)
  • Assessment results and F.I.T. scores are visible to both of you
  • Relationship data syncs in real-time between your accounts
  • Your partner cannot see: Your personal profile details (email, password, exact age if not shared), personal notes, or non-shared profile sections
  • Both partners must opt-in to the connection; either partner can disconnect at any time

6. Data Processors and Subprocessors

F.I.T. Love AI uses the following third-party service providers (data processors) to handle your information:

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Regular security assessments and updates
  • Firestore security rules limiting access to authorized users

However, no security system is completely impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Important: If you were connected with a partner, they may retain copies of shared relationship data in their own account. We recommend discussing data deletion with your partner if you're connected.

9. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access: You can view and export your personal data through your account settings.
  • Correction: You can update or correct your information at any time.
  • Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see Data Retention section).
  • Marketing Communications: You can opt-out of promotional emails anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link.
  • Push Notifications: You can enable/disable push notifications in your account settings or device settings.
  • Cookies: Our website may use cookies for analytics and authentication. You can control cookie settings in your browser.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us immediately.
