F.I.T. Love AI is designed for couples in romantic relationships who are 18 years old or older. Both partners should have an account and connect them through our partnership feature to get the most out of the app.

The F.I.T. Assessment asks you and your partner a series of questions about how you perceive Fire (passion/attraction), Intimacy (emotional closeness), and Trust in your relationship. Both partners answer independently, and the app compares your perspectives to highlight areas of alignment and potential growth.

Your results show your scores and your partner's scores on Fire, Intimacy, and Trust on a scale of 0-100. Higher scores indicate stronger perception of that dimension. Remember, these are estimates based on your current feelings, not scientific diagnoses. Results should be used to spark conversation, not to judge your relationship.

Yes! You can retake the assessment anytime to see how your relationship feels have changed over time. Taking it regularly helps you track progress and identify patterns. We recommend retaking it monthly or after significant relationship events.

The app combines your assessment results, love languages, personality types, and the topics you want to explore. Claude AI then generates personalized coaching recommendations and conversation starters. These are meant to inspire reflection and discussion, not to provide professional advice.

You can use F.I.T. Love AI individually to reflect on your relationship, but the app is designed for couples. Connecting with your partner allows you to compare perspectives, see where you align, and work through challenges together. You can invite your partner anytime.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/SSL) and at rest via Google Firebase. We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent. The AI only sees your F.I.T. scores, love languages, Myers-Briggs type, and de-identified relationship context. It does not see your name, email, personal messages, or any information that could identify you. Your personal data stays in our secure database.

Only you and your connected partner can see your assessment results. Your results are not shared with anyone else, including the F.I.T. Love AI team. You control who can access your data through your privacy settings.

You can delete your account anytime through Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Note: data on your partner's account won't be automatically deleted. For detailed instructions and your options, see our Data Deletion Policy.

Yes. You can export your data in JSON or CSV format anytime through Settings → Privacy & Data → Export My Data. Your data will be sent to your email within 1-3 business days. This is helpful if you want a backup before deleting your account.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. If you delete your account, active subscriptions will also be cancelled.
