Our Commitment

F.I.T. Love AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and aim to conform to relevant accessibility standards. However, we recognize that accessibility is an ongoing journey, and we welcome feedback to help us improve.

Scope of This Statement

This statement applies to:

• Website: fitlove.ai (web browser access)
• Mobile App: F.I.T. Love AI (iOS and Android via Ionic framework)

Different platforms may have different accessibility features and limitations, which are addressed separately below.

Our Accessibility Goals

We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) for web content, and WCAG 2.1 Level A for mobile app interfaces where applicable. WCAG guidelines help make digital content accessible to people with:

• Visual disabilities (blindness, low vision, color blindness)
• Hearing disabilities (deafness, hard of hearing)
• Motor disabilities (limited dexterity, mobility issues)
• Cognitive disabilities (dyslexia, learning disabilities)
• Neurological conditions

F.I.T. Love AI uses third-party services with their own accessibility policies:

• Material Design Icons: Icon library with accessibility support
• Amazon Associates: Affiliate product recommendations - Amazon Accessibility

We are not responsible for the accessibility of these third-party services.

Known Accessibility Limitations

We are actively working to improve accessibility. Current known limitations include:

Mobile App:

• Real-time assessment data syncing may not be fully accessible to all screen readers
• Partner connection notifications may have limited screen reader support
• Animated profile progress bars may be challenging for users with motion sensitivity (workaround: use device motion reduction settings)
• Some complex data visualizations (F.I.T. score charts) may not be fully accessible via screen reader

Website:

• Some dynamic content updates may not immediately announce to screen readers
• Video content (if added) will include captions and transcripts

General:

• Complex UI patterns (modal dialogs, real-time updates) may have limited screen reader support
• Assessment completion may be time-consuming for users with motor disabilities

We are committed to addressing these limitations. Please report issues to help us improve.

Assessment and Feature Accessibility

F.I.T. Assessment:

• The assessment is accessible via keyboard and screen reader
• Questions are presented in a logical, sequential order
• Users can take the assessment at their own pace with no artificial time limits
• Results can be exported for review by a professional

Partner Connection Features:

• Connection invitations are accessible via email and app
• Real-time data syncing works with assistive technologies
• Shared relationship data is presented in accessible format

Profile Data Collection:

• All stages of profile building are keyboard and screen reader accessible
• Form fields have clear labels and validation messaging
• Users can save progress and return to complete later

Testing and Validation

We test accessibility through:

• Automated accessibility scanners (Lighthouse, axe DevTools)
• Manual keyboard navigation testing
• Screen reader testing (VoiceOver on iOS, TalkBack on Android)
• Color contrast verification
• Responsive design testing across devices and screen sizes

Note: We have not undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit. Professional audits are part of our roadmap for 2026.
